Electricity is preferred, but not mandatory as we bring our own generator to power the equipment. Unfortunately, we do not service office buildings or locations without water access.

Do you require water and electricity for your services?Yes, we require access to water to complete the detailing service. If electricity is available, it’s an asset, but we also bring an electric generator to ensure we can complete the job.

Do I need to be present for the detailing service?No, you don’t need to be present for the detailing service. We offer mobile detailing, and we can perform the service at your location. You can arrange a time that works best for you and leave the vehicle to us.

Do you remove every single stain in a vehicle?While we make every effort to remove all stains, unfortunately, not every stain is removable. Some stains may be too deeply embedded or set over time, making them impossible to fully eliminate. However, we will always do our best to treat and remove stains to the best of our ability.

What is mobile detailing Montréal?Mobile detailing is a convenient service where professional car detailing is performed at your location. For us to provide this service, the location must have water access and adequate space for us to safely work on your vehicle. We cannot perform detailing services in tight parking spots, on the street, or in areas without enough space to maneuver around the car.

Is there a minimum service requirement for mobile detailing?There is no minimum service requirement, but please note that smaller services may incur a minimum charge depending on the location and size of the job.

What is your cancellation policy?We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all services. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied.

What do I need to do prior to my scheduled appointment?Before your appointment, please take and send four to six photos of your vehicle via text or email. This helps us estimate the time required for your service and prepare our tools accordingly. Additionally, please remove all personal items from your vehicle to ensure nothing is misplaced.

Do you service in my area of residence?Yes, we serve the Greater Montreal Area, the South Shore of Montreal, and adjacent boroughs. Please contact us if you’re unsure whether we cover your specific location.

What if the weather is bad on the day of my appointment?If the weather is unfavorable on the day of your appointment, we will wait for the weather to pass and reschedule your appointment. We do not charge any extra fees for rescheduling due to weather conditions.
